A: Yes, although the Ajax Alarm System is a better option. It offers everything that a wired system does and much more.
Q: What’s the installation process like?
A: It’s a very simple installation process and should be installed from start to finish within 2 hours. Our installer will talk you through how to use the product before leaving the premises.
Q: Are there different levels of services?
A: No, but we have different packages available.
Q: What happens if there’s a false alarm?
A: The system can be operated remotely through your phone, so any part of the system can be simply switched off with a swipe of your phone.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: No – this is a one-off cost, unlike other services that charge a monthly premium for upkeep.
Q: I have a pet, will they trigger the alarm system?
A: No, the system will ignore cats and dogs with a weight of up to 20 kg and height up to 50 cm.
Q: How does the system recognise fire and detect flood?
A: There are additional options to get fire alarm detector and flood detectors added to your system.
Q: Is this service contract based?
A: There is no contract or monthly payments. Just a one-off installation cost!
Q: Can I use this system without wi-fi?
A: No, but the system has its own router and connects using Ethernet so this alarm system can be used offsite, for example on narrowboats and outbuildings using 12 volts from a leisure battery.
